Clash of the Titans: Charged M3 vs Charged 63

So the race many people internationally where anticipating occured this weekend.
The M3 is a ESS VT3 M3 which is basically a built internals motor. The C63BS is a Weistec bolt on Stage 3 which is basically a 3.0L supercharger with standard internals.

Here is a lovely desktop background for fans of both brands.

This is how it went down.

The C63 has a big daddy too, a fully built CLK63 BS and here is a race against it. The CLK spun the whole of the run and still managed to open up convincingly.

Have seen some ESS M3's take the Weistec S3 as well.. so I suppose depends on driver and extent of mods..

All the vids currently online of Weistec vs charged M cars have been their stage 2 2.3L chargers. The 3.0 is a game changer.

At the same event the silver strong CLK was demolished by two GTR's due to power and traction advantages. So its a never ending story but lots of fun nevertheless.

In my books and for guys that like to google search the ultimate street cars at the twin turbo Gallardos by UGR. Traction and power.
