Certain Functions - E90

Which program can activate certain functions on an E90 BMW? e.g. siren beep when alarm is enabled.

Windows and sunroof close when rain sensor gets rain on it??? and the many that I do not even know about????

I think there would be coding needed and someone that knows what they are doing as well.
