Central locking

Hi there guys,
Can someone please shed some light on my problem. I have a E46 320D and about three months ago the central and auto locking started giving me some problems... one day it works and one day it doesn't. Could it be dry connection on the relay on the general control module and to whom can I take it for testing/repairs besides the "stealerships"?

I guess a decent auto lec would suffice that would eliminate the electrical system and motor. So that you know where els to start looking

Its the GM5 module (I think that's what it's called), I had same issues on my E46

I had the same problem, had the relays swapped out at Combined Electronics, they do all the electrical work for BMW

sounds about right

if the central locking is working, means that the door motor/actuators are good. so then its probably either an intermittant relay, or the computor that controls all four locks and the timing thereof.
