catless downpipes for my e90 325i

howsit guys

so I was thinking about getting catless downpipes for my 325.... got a quote for R2200 including fitment...would you guys tell me whats the pros and cons of getting this mod done and if the pricing is okay?

Ummmmm is your 325 turbo charged?? forgive my ignorance but aren't downpipes only associated with turbo charged cars?

I think you mean branchs

will go well with a niace exhaust but you have to do software after so it doesnt over fuel

lol I don't know much when it comes to exhausts and bits under the car... but I spoke to 1 of the guys over the phone and thats exactly what he told me "catless down pipes" ...

Im not familiar with that exhaust setup, but as far as price goes I paid 800 to remove the second set of cats on a 335i system. I overpaid, it took all of half an hour and I could have done it myself provided I had the right equipment. That being said I don't regret spending the money as the engine revs more freely and you can hear the sound of the engine a lot better. Does your vehicle have one set of cats or two??

That is for a mid section decat. I think from 2006 they stopped fitting mid section and retained the cats on the manifold. That is not an easy job and looking around 3k.

without software you might get an eml on and the car will over fuel
