Carmageddon Comeback

Carmageddon, a notorious video game from the late nineties, is attempting to raise crowd-sourced funding to make a return.

The original, which sold over 2 million copies, was heavily criticised for featuring excessive violence

Stainless Games aims to raise over $400,000 (£250,000) via Kickstarter.

The UK-based firm has had to set up a separate company in the US in order to receive money through the crowdfunding site.

I had the very 1st version of Carmageddon, what a game that was :joy: Now it seems they want to raise funds in order to make another one, but now I'm too old for games :thumbdo:

I loved this game and still do. Ive had every Carma released and the expansions.


When this game releases I will buy it. if it means me buying a pc with strong graphic abilities, so be it. I bought my ps3 purely for god of war 3, so buying a gaming pc for the new carma will be done if necessary.
