Did any Z4 come with the carbon leather interior in South Africa?

To me it looks much better than the brushed aluminum. The interior of the z4 lets it down a bit. Has anyone done an extended leather retro fit or had the brushed aluminum dash and center console wrapped in leather?

I had a few trim pieces on my old Z wrapped in leather, check my thread. It was cheaper than having it done in vinyl and I think it came out really well on the bits I did. Some other user here also did his Z4 in alcantara (but like, everywhere) and that also looked good. So I think that's the way to go.

Wasn't too expensive, I had 2 pieces of trim wrapped, and came to a few grand.

Yeah, I did my centre console, I think it was Mo who did the whole car in alcantara - have a look on the Z subforum, must be there somewhere.

I have seen some Z4M cars with the carbon leather, it looks great. I wish I could obtain a set for my car.

I see you are looking for a set of the brushed alu dash panels. Do you want to wrap them? A scrapyard may be your best option.

Yes I want to wrap them in case I do mine and it all goes horribly wrong or I don't like it.

I had the carbon leather trim on mine. It really brings the interior up.

Not a chance, i hate tinfoil in a car even more.

Sadly what i want is something no one in SA has, the maritime mahogany dash inlay.

I found a pristine carbon leather set in the u.k
Extremely happy with it. Lifts the interior and strangely makes it seem bigger
