Exhibitors / Traders / Displays and other stalls in the new pit facility.

Gates are open from 8am till 9pm. Adults R40pp, U16 R20, U12 free of charge
Saturday is the main day, Sunday is the rain date and if we do NOT get rained out then we will have a motorcycle track day in the morning and a streetcar track day in the afternoon from 1.30pm till 6pm.
EXHIBITOR / TRADER / DISPLAY stalls available in the new pits facility:
There are 20 spots available for displays / promotion / trading in the NEW PITS.
6m x 3m (enough space to park 2 cars) @ R1500 (including 3 complementary tickets)
CLUB DISPLAYS around the new pits facility:
The first 10 car clubs to confirm will be allocated enough space to park 4 cars around the new pit facility to promote your club. The cost is R200 (this includes 5 tickets @ R40 each = R200)
The spectators will vote for the best car club, prize money up for grabs is R1000 cash for the best car club display.)
SPECTATORS PARKOFF behind the new pits facility:
Spectators to the event will have an opportunity to park their cars behind the new pits if they feel their vehicle is unique in any way. The cost to this parkoff area will be R20 per vehicle limited to the first 100 vehicles (first 50 will get a free gift).
The spectators will vote for the most unique vehicle 1st, 2nd and 3rd. In voting spectators will also stand a chance of winning spot prizes at the prize giving at +-5.30pm.
DYNO COMPETITION: Killarney’s first ever dyno competition will happen at the Ferroli dyno located near the subway from 10am till 4pm. Entry will be R100 per vehicle with prizes up for grabs in the following 4 class’s:
Up to 1600cc N/A , Above 1600cc N/A , Above 2000cc N/A , Turbo / Gas / both
Both dyno’s will run with one reserved for cars above 300kw with its own trophy.
SOUNDOFF:
Boyz Toyz and Team DB Drags are teaming up with the WPMC to bring you a pumping soundoff competition behind the NEW PITS facility from 11am till late.
