Hey guys please help, I have bmw e46 318i m43 2001 model this car is cutting when driving I went for diagnosis it tell about cranksensor, after I got sensor in I drove about a week it was fine, then it started cutting again I got another sensor it was also fine now is dead again please help
 
I think you need to consult user manual. it will helpful for you and the solution of all of your problems there. My ... had also same issuse but after consulting user manual it's good know.

First thing to do is check via diagnostics if it is the crank sensor again. Sometimes when the crank sensor goes faulty the car looks to the remaining cam sensors (of which there are 2 inlet and exhaust) should one of them fail while the crank sensor is a dud it will only show crank sensor error.

Secondly. Get a oscilloscope. Check the wire to the crank sensor and make sure that the correct power, in a square up and down motion is being fed to the crank sensor.

I agree with chris there could be a short in the wire from the harness attaching to the crank sensor which cause the sensor to malfunction
That's why it fine for a couple of days and then the symptoms return
