Campaign now air bag light is on and multifunction steering is not working

Hi guys

I am having an issue with my car, it's a 2005 e46 n46 2.0 motor

I took my car in on the 19/10 to BMW at the glen to do my campaign service,
Hearing all the issues that came from autobahn I felt it is a better choice.

I was not fully happy with the airbag change, it did not sit fully center like the old one and was off just a litttttle bit but not too much to be concerned.

Today I was parked the car I always use my steering controls to turn my radio down so when I left the car it was working fine there was no air bag light nothing.

I got back to the car started it and the airbag light came on all the controls, lights for the multi function and my horn Was not working.

I am going to take it back tomorrow I don't care they can put my old airbag back in I just want them to fix it.

Do you guys think they are going to give me the run around?

Did this happen before to any one else?

It is obviously related to something they did

The main thing is that they see how obvious the issue is related to the airbag, if they dont, then its going to be a struggle.

They most probably did not plug in the connectors to the slip ring properly after replacing the airbag.
