First off, this is a browser based flash game and a MMORTS.
Essentially you are placed in a "world" and the goal is to destroy the MPC's mysterious pyramid in the center of the world.
(Example of world)
A world can take months to finish and you cannot do it on your own, you have to join an alliance. You can create your own alliance, but then you need to recruit players.
You can also attack other players in the game, but if they belong to an alliance you could be in for a world of hurt as they tend to seek revenge. If your base gets destroyed, then you need to rebuild it some where in the region you were destroyed.
Why would you attack other players? Well, because you can and to take control of any Points Of Interest (POI) they may hold. POI's can give anything from bonus resource production to bonus firepower for your units. If you belong to an Alliance, then everyone in the alliance received the same bonus regardless of who holds the POI. You want your alliance to get to the middle first and POI's will go a long way to do so.
I've been playing since last weekend and it's fun. You play the same game for months, but usually logging in once a day should keep you in it. Currently I log in before work to spend my Command points by attacking other bases or camps and then again in the evening to do the same. You have a limit of 100 command points and it takes about 10 hours to fill up. That's why I log in twice a day to make the most of the points.
Anyway, this vid is a little old, but it's the best one I can find.

If anyone does decide to join, I'm in World 78 (Should default when you join), currently in the North East Sector, and my username is Nic_s182 :thumb:
