BW SA Approved 305km/h on ACS.

Shaun from AC Schnitzer just informed me that BMW SA has approved the 456kw 790nm ACS conversion which includes the 305km/h limiter mover!

More good news for people driving M5/M6/1M and new M3/M4 (2014): Bmw wrote the following to me:

Dear Vaughan,

Apologies for the silence. Been travelling and busy with Joburg International Motor Show stuff.

The BMW M Drivers Package (speed limit remover) proposal is currently in the last stage of approval. Our Managing Director is overseas and will be back next week to give final feedback on this.

So, as soon as we have feedback, we will get back to you on the way forward.
