Hi Guys,

My mate bought this E82 CF rear diffuser from EBAY & it does not fit
And will cost another R1500 to return it.
Over Internet everything looks good. Just be weary of these
shady suppliers. :thumbdo:

If you agreed to the size over the net, then the buyer is responsible. If the error was on the sellers part, they will definitely re-imburse you. It is EBay's policy.
I have purchased several item via EBay, sometimes the Post Office stuffed and I did not recevie the items anf got a full refund or re-shipemnt like for 1 item I'm waiting for now.

eBay has very strict policies and so you shouldn't ever lose money if something you order doesn't work. Contact the seller

depending on the sellers policy and whether the seller is a preferred seller...

some seller clearly indicate free shipping but buyer is responsible to return shipping in any situation.

The guys from china and hong kong are different cos they are kak scared to have complaints laid against them as ebay' stops them from transacting'. I do not find the same sentiment from european and american suppliers.

Is it not something , like Riaans case where you need to make some minor changes to fit, or is it never going to fit?

In future I will stick to a local supplier, so I can see & test the product out before purchasing. The suppliers on eBay will refund you but you have cover your own shipping costs back to china & this is process could take upto 3 months. It just frustrating!!

Are you sure you cant trim the bumper or the diffuser to make it fit?

I had to trim both diffuser and bumper to get mine to fit, but it fits perfectly now.
