Hi I got a F56 jcw. I do 2.8kms to work and then 2.8kms home. Never use green mode. Enjoy the pops and bangs on her. My current average is 9.3l to the 100.
Don't do much highway with her.. Only when driving to zwartkops.. Hehe. She sits around 7l per 100.. But I am above legal speeds.
Coming out of a F30 328i. My Jcw is alot lighter on fuel. The lowest I could get my F30 328i to in eco mode. Was 9.8l to the 100. However on the highway with the sport zf 8 speed box it dropped to the mid 6l to the 100.
I think the cooper S will be good on fuel consumption.
The B series motors are awesome.
This is great to hear. I currently have a 2.0i x3...and with the driving i currently do i barely get 11l/100km and then there is no enjoyment in the drive. Its not bad for an SUV but it lacks oomph.
I test drove the cooper s on saterday... and i'm sold. I am going to have a lot of fun with it on a day to day basis without having massive fuel bills
