The Aston Martin by Zagato has the same detail if I remember correctly. Just another Zagato touch. It's just a show concept for the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, don't think that would ever make production on a BMW

I like it actually. It's called a K-tail or Kamm-tail, it's an aerodynamic feature, with a sharply dropping tail section. Also has a bit of history with the 328 Kamm. Awesome that BMW has made a new concept, but remembers its heritage :thumbs:

M Division for some time has been offered chance to build a car independently from the BMW group. But its now been officially turned down by the head. The reply was "We already make supercars, like the M3 and M6"
