I have booked my Vehicle at Duncan Ross Midrand.

Just a question. I have a Extended warranty with Liquid Capital that requires I Service the vehicle at a reputable dealer. I have heard a lot of good remarks about Duncan Ross, am I covered if I service my vehicle through him?

Also does he use original BMW service parts?

As I mentioned I have heard only good things about their service.

Ross Duncan is RMI approved and warranty safe, even stamps your service book when done :thumbs:
I still suggest if you not sure, contact your warranty and confirm :thumbs:

As far as i know all those extra warranty things are fine as long as the service place is registered with the RMI.

I also have one of those extended plans.

Yes the warranty stipulates either the Stealer or a RMI approved services centre.

Awesome news there is no way I am taking it to the agents they are totally useless.
