BMW Premium Selection

Hi, i am a new member and yet i already have a question for you. I checked the BMW website and it states in one of the screens under after sales services that a BMW premium Selection vehicle comes with a minimum of the1 year 25000km motorplan.is this the case as i did not get this. My car has 3 months motorplan left. I have queried with BMW .SA and waiting their feedback.

:thumbdo: BMW suck when it comes to after sales service regarding motorplan, best is to stop at a dealer and ask them to give you a quote, and the BMW site - well they are totally useless 3rd world type of stuff and might come back to you after a month or so if you lucky.

I am starting to find this out now. I want to know why BMW says that BPS cars come with a minimum of the1 year or 25000 km motorplan and i did not get this. I will extend motorplan in March if they don't give me the cover.

I think the idea from BMW is to only sell "premium selection" cars that still have 25000km and or 1 year mplan left. To give one that peace of mind. Clearly the "premium selection" is not being policed like it should be. Sorry to hear about your frustration.

Motorplan is not easy to work with, they are always full of excuses.

I have attached a screens from the BMW website . My car has 25000 km and 3 months left on the .MP, but what the attachment says is different. It clearly says, "in addition.....1 year or 25000kms "
