Got the RH side DSG bumper grille today and await the arrival of the LH side. Hopefully I'll get it tomorrow and fit over the weekend.

Will post an update pic once installed.

The DSG Grille is a replacement foglamp surround that is vented instead of a solid piece of plastic. This aids in having cool air enter the engine bay to prevent the DSG box from overheating and also overall engine cooling.

Done a power run today.

Car made 150.5 kw and 293nm torque.

I'm very happy with these figures as seeing this car is a real virgin still.

I remember getting a really bolstered feel from the GTi seats, made mine feel the opposite of purposeful.

The GTI seats are truly a snug fit, and I'm not a big oke at all. TBH they feel more comfortable than the sport pack seats I had in my ti. :fencelook: I think what aids the comfort feel is the leather in the GTI is softer as compared to the BMW's.

It's been 7 years!!! Thank you GTi - you served me well and you will be dearly missed. 

Bought on 95000km and sold on 282000kms without skipping a beat and going extremely well until I departed with her, last Thursday (3rd Dec 2020)

Now onto making new memories in the X5.
