It is a good question. The dash is iether the E39 M5 or the e46 M3. I cannot see anything in the pic... except the the shape of the warning light at the top is the same as the e46. But that is way off for the E46 M3 gear rations... it could be an E39 M5 in 4th... But then with aftermarket diff ratios...
