BMW i3 comments

Hi guys looking at getting a second hand i3 from the dealers, the guys are giving me the run about on the comments on the car and it looks the paint work has been redone on the rear.Anybody know how I can get the comments on the car?

If you know someone at another dealer and you have the VIN you can have it checked. However it seems BMW have limited the amount of info the dealers have access to recently as well as what is on the owners circle site.
