I've read on other forums that some people leave the fog light bulbs in the sockets, tape them up and tuck them behind the bumper and just NEVER switch on the fogs.

That's is correct. The manufacturers suggest that.
They also sell them with fogs lights but the looks is killed with the fog light.

The M4 bumpers for F32 will be available soon.

This looks great.

I currently have a sportline bumper on my F30.

I have three questions:
1. Is it a perfect fit or does it require some modification? Do the fender liners and plastic covers under engine, etc attach perfectly?
2. My car doesnt have PDC at front. My car has fogs. I have seen the suggestions to tape-up the fog globes..but I'd like to keep the fogs in place (and apply dark laminex). Can the bumper accomodate the fogs properly?
3. Will BMW motorplan complain about the fitment of this aftermarket product?
