Bmw e46 blowing hot air from the top & bottom vents

Hi i hope someone has had a similar experience and found the problem,we have a bmw e46 330d face lift,we had the a/c gassed and changed the heater control valve,the problem we having is that its only cooling in the center vents,when you put the window vent and bottom vents on its blowing extremely hot air,hope someone can help me out

My guess would have been heater valve, but you changed that already. Is your temp control working? can you bring it down to 16 degrees?

Also check all your vents are on the cold setting and not on red.

i checked all,it goes down to 16 and still blowing hot,diagnostics say heater valve,so next step is to check the wiring
