hi Guys

hi i did a test and result were something like signal differance to light control unit HELP shoul i replace the control unit


bit of a small problem here , when i started my car this evenning all dash lights flickers and hazards were dead , except for normal dims sure this is a safety feature or something does any one know what could be the problem all fuses battery checked

A proper diagnostics would be the best way to determine what is wrong, but If I where to wager a guess I would say faulty LCM (light control module) is the cause.

yah doing a test in the morning to find out what went wrong thanks buddy

If it tuns out ot be the LCM, you will probably need to have it coded at BMW as they are "the only ones that can do it", but wherever you get it fitted and coded make sure they do it properly as it also stores you mileage info and if not done properly the tamper dot in the cluster will come on.
