Hi Mgti,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing your build with us.

I cant make out what brakes they are, but Powerbrake can give ou a decent setup. Google them for contact details...based in Jhb

What are the plans for the car....must commend you on starting at the brakes...something I dont see often when guys start modifying their cars.

Will keep an eye on your build.

They look similar to my Stoptech Big brake setup... but these have no naming on them... so definitely not stoptech or Brembo.

Here is a pic of the brakes I have on my car.

The ones I have posted only fit the e46 M3. Front and back is over R50 000. But I have found some that will fit your car. You will have to import them from USA. Stoptech.com is their official site, but they do not sell directly. You will need to go to turner motorsport or a similar shop.

For e36 328i, they sell front set for $2,195.00 -- R21 000.
http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-395-stoptech-front-big-brake-kit-332mm-e36-e46-z3-z4.aspx

back set is $2,295.00 -- R22 000.

http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-1326-stoptech-rear-big-brake-kit-e36-325328.aspx

For full set is about R43 000. excluding shipping.

I would look at only doing front set for now.

Here are your options from Stoptech's official site -- http://www.stoptech.com/search/search-results

Welcome and good luck with your interesting build
I am also considering a FI mod for my 328iM

Perhaps a supercharger shall suit me better than turbo
Also a lot easier & more reliable imo.
My main reason is lack of a decent manifold and a lack of space in e36 for turbo

What turbo manifold are you going for - log or collector..?

I see alot of e36 guys use e46 330i brakes as they are bigger in diameter
