ive thought about this car. is it not really slow being so heavy and not exactly the most powerful? i suppose its the torque that saves it. then again the merc weighs even more and has even less power.

i dont have any experience driving these cars, just asking. maybe some inside experience as a response?

Thats what I also thought so I decided to research it, but from what ive heard from E90 320d drivers its no slouch, from the review it really seems BM improved greatly from the E90 and the F30 is leaps and bounds ahead of mercedes maybe when the F30 320d arrives BMW SA will allow us forum members to test drive it first :roflol:

Well I just went throught it and the MOST interesting thing I found was the comparrison at the end...
The bmw is bigger than the merc in every catagory, but yet its cheaper, and lighter on juice, and it has better performance and roadhandling than the merc... so why would you even considder the merc then if you had the money to buy either... :thinking:
