BMW Assist

Has anyone used this service.
I'm quite please as my wife's F30 sprung a leak.

I called the assist line.Cars been towed to dealership as my tyre insurance underwirers are closed today - I need to get their authorisation before the 19 RFT is replaced.
As part of the assist policy, I'm in an F10 520d M Sport estate for the next 4 days.

Cost to me = £0

So if yoh have it ( BMW assist) .... Then great

I used it but in RSA they were of no help. I had an accident and the lady told me, "sorry, this is an accident and we can't assist"

A flat tyre used to be so much more simple. Change wheel by the side of the road, get it fixed at a tyre shop.

Glad to hear it worked out well.

I have used them twice, once for the e36 325tds and for the e83. Both times took the cars to the dealer for repairs.

£298 later and the 19' Bridgestone is replaced by the dealer.
Thankfully tyre insurance covered this .

Oh, and here's the free courtesy car which I will be returning tomorrow

Used them twice and both times I received great service. My only gripe is the waiting times which is usually +- 1 hour.
