BMW 850 I head lights not working in sync

Good day everyone

This will take some of us back a while. I have a 850i where the lights don't pop up in sync. One will go up and then the other one will drop or only open half way. I have replaced the potentionmeters for the vertical lift and as well as the drive motors but it still goes out of sync. Checked for dry joints on the LKM, cant see anything. ANY IDEAS?

I wish it was, client has a mint 635CSi as well.

Measure the resistance in the two circuits. Could be old wiring.

Its the K39 Concealing headlight relay in the front E-box. Replace it or repair (resolder the cold solder joints) it and you will be fine. Big tall green relay #61 35 1 392 413
