BMW 5 series E39 cylinder head blown repair

I blew my E39 cylinder head gasket on my BMW 530 2003 model. I want to avoid the BMW "rippers" . Anyone out there who can recommend to me a competent reasonable mechanic , in the Johannesburg South Africa area, who can repair my BMW ? home working mechanics are also welcome to quote me . thanks

If you are in Pretoria, I can give you the number of the guy who did the head on my '02 530i a few years back. Be warned that it will be well into the five figures. It is not really a DIY/home mechanic project because of all the special tools needed.
