Could the following Gumtree ad below be for real?

I noticed in 1 of the pics, that there's no start button, and the ad says its a 2007 model

Looks like one of those scams...if u contact the seller than he's gonna tell u about the car or him being in the UK or somewhere etc etc and then try to get u to give a deposit while he get the papers sorted for you
