BMW 320d 2009 m sport

I just have to post this as I am hella impressed with this car and engine + gearbox especially.

We got the car on 88k its now on 210k and it still drives exactly the same. Only normal services and maint has been done including a gearbox oil and filter change. Car is stock, never chipped etc

This car has been absolutely incredible to own, inside the only thing that is showing wear is the passenger door grab melted, the leather and everything else looks fresh.

I haven't even changed a belt on this car! Performance and fuel economy is still exactly what it was when we got it.

The best overall car I have owned. So impressed a few months ago got a 320d 2006, exec as well. In some ways its even better than the mport, I changed the wheels to the 17" msport wheels, the drive is much more comfy than the mport which came with low profile 18s.

Good to know your diesel is still going strong.

I hope mine also gives me plenty of happy miles! I drive quite a bit and bought it on 141k the other day.

Have u changed the damper pulley yet?

I havent changed the damper pulley and at the last service in this month my bmw specialist was still happy.

This car has been so good to me and saved me so much money I will happily change the pulley and turbo now

BMW really do make a good diesel. My 530d is sitting on 226k km now. Still going great!

When do you guys normally change damper pulleys.
I have not changed any engine components at all, like I say not even the aux belt.

Only filters, oil, tyres, brakes, wipers. If I think of anything else ill update the post.
I have used NF injector cleaner on it as preventative maint
