BMW 320d 2004 diagnosis done by BMW Secunda

So I've had a thread about the lack of power a while ago so now I've taken it to BMW for a diagnosis on Friday so on Friday afternoon they told me that the machine could not find any faults so they are stripping it to see what is the problem I told them I only want to know what is wrong I'll fix it my self. so they phoned me this morning to come and get it they are done. now I'll post a pic of what they want to fix and when I asked them about it they said it is faults the computer picked up but the computer does not give a print out he wrote down what the computer read out.
what do you guys think ????

How can the machine not find any problems, but then later they 'wrote' down the computer indicated problems??? Doesn't make sense .......
