Love the 3 Series Coupe's.

I dont think the E92 & 4Series can be compared to the previous generation 3 series coupes as BMW themselves say it is completely seperate model line. There are no body panels shared with the 3 series sedan.

E46! Really easy on the eye! Classic BMW lines.

The newer ones look too 'computer-generated' in my opinion. The E46 still retains the BMW waistline, the lower beading and bumper line that matches and the subtle, 'non wavy' look.

It looks great from all angles.

E36 for me. It still has the same effect on me today as it did in its heyday back when I was still a scholar.:inlove:

The post is true, in that there no shared panels between E46 sedan and E46 coupe. But what I was refering to is that the design language between the two E46 variants are the same, they are styled to look similar. With the E90 and E92 they where styled to look as two separate models each with their own design language, hence a separate model name E92. With the 4series its been taken to a different level.
