This is one of my favorite 2002s in existence, spectacularly restored.
This car is also featured in Comedians in cars getting coffee by Jeremy Seinfeld. (see link bellow)

PS. the green car in the background is not too horrible either...

The same guy also owns this beauty. It is a '73 tii with a S14 2.5 EVO engine, recaro seats and a half cage.

This picture shows them both together. Note the difference in colour of this car, Baltic blue, and the one featured on top, Baikal bau met.

Follow the 2002 restoration by one of staff members in EVO magazine.
I do, he is building a full on track car now, and as nice as that is, I prefer stock and fast road type setups.

That being said, I have a 2002 that is earmarked for a race car build, but it would cost a fortune to build the way I want, so it is mothballed till I have the funds. I want it to have a dry sumped Schnitzer 20-4 engine, AlpinA race calipers, AlpinA red dot coilovers, dif pump/cooler amd alternator running from the drive shaft etc.
A proper 1960s race car.

Schnitzer 20-4 engine, the engine the S14 was based on...

But first I have to finish my 2002ti

That Green Car is a Lamborghini Muira, first ever "Supercar" to many:blowheart:

^^mIUra

It is the first mid-engine supercar, but not the first supercar by any stretch. Many bugatti's and maybe even a Bentley blower would claim that prize.

But the Miura is definitely up there with some of the most beautiful cars ever made.
