BMW 2000 CS

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get some more information about this vehicle?

It's a 1967 BMW 2000 CS, the VIN number is 1106706.

We were able to get the build date and original colour from BMW however we are looking for something similar to a modern day VIN decoder.

We have bought the car as a project car, it has a matching engine number so we would like to do a full restoration to how the car originally was.

Any information is appreciated.

Howsit dude, what kind of info are you looking for? And also check out ecstuning.com there's oem quality parts on that site.

Thanks for the replies guys  I'm mainly looking to see what the original parts looked like so that when we buy a new steering wheel, for instance, I know I'm putting the same one the car originally had.

What I do when I need to know what a part looks like is find the part number on realoem , copy and paste that number into google, and click search then images. It's helped me a lot .
