Bluetooth 5 Compatibility

Morning

I got a new Samsung A30s, which is Bluetooth 5, and it refuses to pair to my F10 (2011).
All the settings are fine, so my only thought is that maybe because the phone is BT5 it is not compatible.

Anybody had issues like this?
Any suggestions please, otherwise I will try and get a refund on the phone.

PS - My previous Samsung was connected just fine, and there are available spots for pairing .

Maybe clear the radio Bluetooth history from all devices and try again :dunno:

seems I was having a slow morning.

When the passkey wheel popped up on iDrive, I thought my phone was supposed to 'generate' a passkey, I forgot that I simply had to enter some digits on iDrive, and that was that.

Working now.
