My BB had a slight drop (in its pouch) and suddenly the screen is dead.. only the keyboard lights up.

there is a company called berryfix in milnerton who fix out of warranty devices. hope this helps

Good news: Luckily my 8110i Pearl was still under warranty..
Bad News: Sadly they couldn't fix it...

Luckily that is not my problem....
Sadly they had to replace it..

Luckily they replaced it with a 8310 Curve...

sadly I lost all my contacts on my phone..

Luckily I have backed up..
