Bird in my grill!!

Hows this for ending a friday afternoon. On my way to a staff meeting on friday a hadida decides to take to the road (not the air) and the next minute my poor bm got smacked by this dam bird. So I stopped called Henry and he came to me and pushed the grill back... only to realize after I got home that evening, my spot does not work any more.

I need a new spot and a new grill...

Morel of the story......birds don't have insurance!, .:thumbdo:

Hehe it did do a Mexican wave as it went back down to the ground!

I once found my large male cat seriously beaten up bleading from head to tail.

It was only when we discovered the hadeda skeleton in the garden weeks later we realised the cat took on something bigger than itself and came up short.

Actually it is a HADADA IBIS
although HADEDA as per Ricks post is equally acceptable

Moral of the story, birds are risky... :roflol:

This is why the Hadeda says, "help me, I'm falling" as it goes by!

I HATE HADIDAS with a passion!

+1^

esp on a Sunday morning when they wake you up with their "gentle" calls...:roflol:

or esp when you're on your daily stroll and one of them is somewhere you can't see them only until the last minute and then it makes that bloody call that scares the living schizer out of me.... :bangdesk: :bangdesk:

Lost a bumper and spotlight to a guinea fowl once (also to a steenbok another time...) Dont ask, I used to travel at warp speed in the Northern Cape.

I also klaped a guinea fowl once, shattered my windscreen and I kaked myself
