As you might have noticed, I am new to the BMW scene. Got our first problem with a previous thread "E46 318ti Urgently Help Needed Please". Not BMWs fault but kiddies decided to get technical and screw up the electric window button.
The window was then down and couldnt go up. Remember this is the wifes car and a small problem becomes big - lol! I also did not know that the windows, sunroof and whatever else can be operated with the key:mmm:. Manual time I guess!
Well went to my existing mechanic who referred me to a place and quoted me R1 100 to have the problem fixed. I was gasping for air but kept my cool and gave the I'll call you!
Came back to internet and gave fanatics a go. Freerider referred me to Zeemax who installed a reconditioned switch for R300 and fitted in 5 minutes :dropjaw:. A whopping R800 saving :worshippy:!! Car is good as new!
