Best Western Cape BMW service - where to go?

So my car has to be serviced this month and I need to make a booking - which is the best dealer to take her to? I've heard good things about SMG Century City. Ideally closer to the Northern Suburbs, but don't have the patience to deal with idiots, so willing to take the car somewhere a bit further away.

Basically it's going to be the last motorplan covered service and there are a few things that I need them to sort out, so would prefer avoiding the more useless of service agents. The motorplan expires in June this year...

I have had good service from SMG every time.

I know some of the guys here do not particularly like them, but, for me, so far so good.

We had a clutch complaint on an e90, that we took back to Forsdicks on several occasions. Never managed to get it sorted, and we started to feel that we might be idiot drivers.

First service at SMG, and they phone us to tell us the mechanic picked up a clutch shudder and they would be replacing it.

Mostly dealt with the parts department at Forsdicks, but tried to clear up the whole RFT/BMW Approved tyres issue with them and just from that saw the mentality that you would be up against.

I'm going to add that SMG wins by miles. Took both my 525i and M5 there and had nothing but the best service from them. Im always called, they organise lifts and the workmanship is great!

Try get in on the free coffee too, its usually a good wake up :rollsmile:

Awesome, let us know how it goes! Is it just a normal service? Change fluids, filters etc?

They'll phone you 2 days before to ask if you'd like a car wash btw

Thanks! Yep, just a change of fluids and filters it seems. But there are a few things that I am going to ask them to take a look at. So booked in for early next week so that they can take their time with it. :=):
