Battery replacement

Hi guys just would like to find out regarding replacing the battery in my 2007 e90 320i. BMW quoted me around 2400 for a 70ah battery with fitting and testing. Now my question is would it be possible if I take it to some battery centre to replace instead of the dealers. Is there going to be some complications .....

Check out www.batteriesonline.co.za you should be able to find a replacement, I think they are based in East London. Varta is a good replacement.

Hi bud.

You can replace your battery at any battery centre for half that price. it is oem so you will have no issues.

Go buy a 652 battery and fit it yourself... did mine yesterday, 800 bux :thumbs:

In this case bigger is better, get the bigger battery. It will last longer.

The bigger Varta battery in the pic is a direct replacement on the E46. Not sure of the E90.
