If its the diamond key then its quite a procedure getting the battery out. Key might be out if sequence, try reprogramming it.

usually security shops in the mall..buy the rechargeable battery. did my own battery swop & then programmed it..easy sequence that you can check on youtube.

im in CT so was security shop in Tyger next to game. They should all stock lithium rechargeable though
