Back box removal on e36 328i

Hello, want to know if I take out the back box on my auto e36 328i will it make the car heavy on fuel

I haven't noticed a change in consumption after doing muffler or resonator deletes. You probably will feel it in the initial days because that right foot is definitely going to be heavier!
