Aux but no USB, will this kit give me USB?

As far as the R300 unit is concerned, how does it all connect up? I currently run an AUX cable from in my arm rest and then put my phone on the top of the ashtray, so would be interested in something I could hide away and neaten it all up a bit. And that unit looks the business.

Seems like a nice alternative but I need to keep bluetooth for my phone so I can answer calls hands free, so still would need the BMW usb kit.
