Autocar - Steve Sutcliffe reviews the new M3

I personally do not find any credibility in Steve Sutcliffe, and find his reviews poor. To the point where I will not watch an autocar review if I hear his voice. He always tries to get the first video review out, and seems like to get hits, he says something controversial. Always.

A lot of people agree with you CocoPops. His reviews are rushed and maybe ''amateurish.''

Look his reviews aren't the best out there but I can not fault his driving capability. I always take each review with a pinch of salt.

This is by no means a bash or what ever. Just wanted to share it with the community.

I guess I'm stuck in the past, but this car isn't very special to me. And that relates mostly to the engine. I agree with the comments at the end of video. That isn't to say that it isn't wonderfully competent, or that it hasn't been appropriately designed for today's market/era. But it's not for me.

I love everything about this car. M division is moving with the times and still delivering on that M Driving experience. Its that sheer driving pleasure that makes them stand out from their competitors :praise::bravo:

It comes down to the torque delivery... this is the 1st M3 to not produce peak Power at peak RPM so it does not scream all the way to the redline like the NA engines of the past

end of the world? probably not but this is very different to the old engines and those that love the old engines for that will not like this one...

overall a very good car and I like the direction they are taking with the chassis im sure time will reveal this to be another great M car
