Only sometimes?

Maybe just a dirty contact on the light itself.

right front park-light, dim or bright is one its way out.

I have read a few place where people had that intermitted and then not so long after the globe goes.

maybe swap globe left to right and see which one transfer the error.

right park-light, dim or bright globe is poorly connected or dead.

I get that sometimes too, its nothing, cause all my lights work.

actaully, it only happens after opening the bonnet, then wont happen again

that light comes on also if the bulb you use is pulling too many volts - fitting an aftermarket towbar and simply plumbing into one side of the rear lights without the factory "loom" for the trailer lights will cause this warning too as you are drawing too many volts with two bulbs instead of one. the car then gets confused.

Mine is on forever. When I fiddle with the globes and/or connectors it goes away, but just come back again.
You also need to check the brown earth wire, mine was badly burnt.

Maybe a good time to fit Osram Nightbreakers! Fitted them to both cars and they are a huge improvement over the stock H7 bulbs! I recall it was this same message that popped up on the dashboard of my Wife's car - was the driver's side headlamp...

Got them for around R140 for a set of two at Midas in Kuilsriver... Replaced the headlamps and brights with these for both cars! The light is whiter and almost "fuller" - and of course a bit brighter so shines further down the road.

If you still cant find it, proper diagnostics will tell you which light is giving the issue, it can be only one of 4 (i think) but that will tell you for sure.

Fog lights don't register an error and the indicator you will know immediately since the one that then still works will flash insane fast.
