Anyone bought from DDM tuning in the US?

import parts is very good and they more than willing to find a part for you if they dont normally stock it...

I see they now cancelled the transaction but have not refunded my R500......

So now I laid a complaint with the BBB in the US.

I cannot beleive these guys......

Well now I received an email saying they refunding.

Why would a company not want my money to ship me a product? They turned down a purchase paid for up front.

I order my clutch from ECS Tuning yesterday. Got an email this morning stating that they need my postal code. I'm like, WTF?? I KNOW I put in the postal code. Anyway, the email had a link in it and so I follow the link and it opens my order and I enter my postal code. Follow the steps only to find at the end that I now have 2 orders for the same thing. Can't cancel the one on the site either. Sent them an email stating that I don't the same thing twice, but because they are 6 hours behind us I have to wait until this afternoon to hear back.

The 6 speed gearbox is currently making life very difficult, but I refuse to pay double the price at the local BMW dealer.
