Anyone bought from DDM tuning in the US?

I registered on the DDM tuning USA website and purchased an item a week ago.

The $ was deducted from my Visa card instantly, I thought everything was cool and they would ship my item.

This morning 7 days later I receive what I can only describe as a rude terse email telling me unless I log on to my account and print the receipt, sign it and mail it to them, they are going to cancell my order within 7 days.

I shot an email back telling them to go ahead and cancel it if they want but I am NOT sending signed bugger all via email around the world to a stranger. I registered all my personal details on their site paid with a valid Visa card, entered my CCV on their site and the shipping address is the same as my card.

Talk about lousy service........ They have my money and they want to be difficult.

Not cool, though I have no idea how they normally work. I thought the proof of payment is the sign for the goods to go?

don't ever buy from DDM Tuning!!!

i placed an order and paid for HIDS through Paypal.
i kept on hassling them for a tracking number to the shipment, no response time and time again.

after i had filed a dispute on Paypal, i got some sort of response.
after 4 weeks they had not shipped my order and not bothered about it one bit.

they refunded me however, DDM Tuning will never ever hear of me again!

Screw these guys, they have my money.

I am not emailing them my signature under any circumstances, they already have my card #

So now if I don't email them my signature they cancell the deal and charge me 20%

Who can I complain to in the USA?

I used a Visa card, I buy stuff online all the time, never been asked to do this. Now I really don't trust them.

Time to hit the US forums and find a buddy in CA.

Rick Get yourself a paypal account. it is MUCH safer for internet use.

As for your situation. Check with your bank if you could do something to get the transaction reverse.

What was it that you bought?
