Best would be to PM revo for more specifics, it would of course depend on the number of people ordering. So after you have PM'ed revo and you are still interested, just post so that we have an idea of how many people would be interested, I am guessing we we can give it a month or to so that there is enough time for everyone.

Here are some approximate prices to give you a guys an idea, price is per wheel and certain finishes cost a bit more than other:
VB3 18": $200.00
VB3 19": $225.00

V710 18": $225.00
V710 19": $250.00
V710 20": $350.00

V718 19": $250.00

V701 19": $250.00

For shipping you are looking at around $5-600, and then there is also duties.
