DVST8 & I setup Andz car & had some good results. Here's a video of the power after, just JB4 with eth, it ended up making 280 kw on wheels up here at altitude & 622NM on the wheels:

95 pump fuel should be about 10kw less. So around 270, maybe 265. Hard to say. We will do a dyno on pump fuel & see.

Hi gents, this is indeed mad power. Is this a 2014 model and if so, they have more power than the others?

is this true?

Amazing gains. Well done to all involved.:praise:

Hi guys, slightly off topic

But wanted some input from Sherwin or other members familiar with JB.

How easy/difficult is it to remove the jb4, as I understand it doesnt plug into the OBD port but into the ecu directly.

Reason being is, I would like to remove the JB4 if I fit it , example : when I need to take the car in for service etc.

Not looking for major mods, just Stage 1 is enough for now. You can PM me if you prefer.

Thank you

PS Im in Durban.

Hi, it's not difficult at all. With the F series it's actually easier than the E series.

It's does not plug into the ecu at all.

2 or 3 sensors, power and ground. There are 2 wires that tap into the CAN wires but that is simple to install and remove.

On an E series, I would say about 30 mins to install/remove. On a F series about 15 mins.

Once you used to the installation and removal, you can do it much quicker.
