Sounds like he either geared down for more acceleration and underestimated it or just accelerated too hard whilst the front wheels were still slightly turned.

Opinions on what went wrong.

Yeah sounds like he got too hard on the gas, but IMO, DSC should of handled that.. BUT i know these oaks probably disable it for track play time.
