AC Schnitzer Software on E90 330d

What's up guys, I need a bit of advice

I bought an E90 330d at auction. It was a stolen and recovered job but it is still in mint condition and this son bitch is fast.

After taking a closer look under the hood I saw an AC Schnitzer piggy back control unit, so the additional power made sense. I checked with Bmw and the unit is worth 53k and gives a further 50kw and 110nm to the diesel.

I had contacted a local tuner to add their own piggy back upgrade to the car before I even knew about the ACS stuff. It would be a shame to toss the ACS unit based on the price alone

Is there some way of tapping into the ACS unit and ramping up the figures for more power and torque? It has to be possible with some sort of software and odb2 cable?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

The only reason the ACS chip is so expensive because it keeps your motor plan in tact.

It is IMO no better than anything else out there, and you will probably get better gains from a remap. If the car is out of motor plan. Take the chip out. Have it remapped. Sell it to some one who has a 330d on motorplan.

Or if the car is still on motorplan, just keep it in and enjoy it.
